Kundly provides advanced astrological calculations based on the Swiss Ephemeris, including but not limited to Janam Kundli generation, planetary transits (Gochar), Vimshottari Dasha timelines, and AI-powered horoscope readings. The information provided is for entertainment and guidance purposes only.

3. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our premium consultation services.
• You agree to provide accurate birth details for calculations. We are not responsible for inaccurate readings resulting from incorrect data.
• You will not use the API for unauthorized, automated bulk requests without an enterprise license.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer our astrological algorithms or prediction models.

All content, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and UI designs present on Kundly are the exclusive property of Kundly Technologies and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

In no event shall Kundly, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services. Our astrological interpretations are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
